Local Foods approached our team to help maintain and grow engagement with their existing customer base while also expanding their reach to new customers. To tackle this challenge, they turned to Swiggard Creative. The goal was to create a strategy that would allow Local Foods to connect with their existing Houston customers and build a community around their brand, while also attracting new customers ahead of their first Austin restaurant. Swiggard Creative was tasked with elevating the customer experience, encouraging customers to post, share, and tag their dining experience, and ultimately driving more website clicks. The challenge was to create a fun and engaging content strategy that would resonate with Local Foods' audience and make them stand out in a crowded social media landscape.

The first step was to give Local Foods' social media and email marketing graphics, storylines, and content a full refresh. Swiggard Creative understood that to stand out in the crowded world of social media, they needed to elevate the customer experience and create fun, engaging content. To further enhance customer engagement, Swiggard Creative put in place a dedicated, extensive community management approach that involved actively responding to customer inquiries, monitoring social media conversations, and engaging with customers to build brand loyalty. To incentivize engagement, Swiggard Creative also executed frequent giveaways to customers who engaged with Local Foods' social media channels.
In just three months, Swiggard Creative's strategy yielded impressive results for Local Foods. Local Foods saw a 45% increase in User Generated Content, and generated +1,848 new followers, +591,395 impressions and 2,601 website clicks on Instagram alone. Swiggard Creative's comprehensive social media marketing approach, which included content creation, community management, and giveaways, was instrumental in the success of the campaign.
